Ladies and gentlemen of the Chicago Bears organization, and to the loyal fans who fill our stadium every Sunday,

 

Thank you for welcoming me, Jim McMahon, back to this storied franchise that has represented resilience, grit, and pride in the heart of this city. Today, I’m not just here as a former quarterback, but as a man who believes deeply in the potential of this team. I stand before you, not to dwell on the past, but to inspire a future where we reclaim our legacy—a future where the Bears return to greatness.

 

As I look across this team, I see incredible talent, dedication, and potential. But there’s something missing—a spark, a fire that transforms good players into a great team.
