On3.com’s Andy Staples reported that Ohio State defensive coordinator Jim Knowles has an offer from the Buckeyes that would make him college football’s highest-paid person in this role.

Yet, Knowles is still “weighing other options” despite Ohio State’s lucrative offer being on the table.
